Commercial Property Manager-Downtown Los Angeles

Stable, Privately owned Los Angeles Real Estate Development firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee 4 properties in Los Angeles, Long Beach and San Bernardino Counties. The company offers a team-oriented environment with open opportunity for a strong candidate to demonstrate their skills and truly take ownership of the responsibilities. A high level of tenant focus, follow through and the buck stops here mentality is required. This is a ideal promotional opportunity for an excellent Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities include:

· Oversee and coordinate all day-to day building operations

· Conduct weekly Property Inspections

· Responsible for Tenant Move-In and Move-Outs

· Investigate and resolve tenant complaints

· Update and improve properties to increase return on investment

· Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion

· Supervise and train property staff

· Bid service contracts, and interact with third party vendors

· Enforce property rules and regulations

· Supervise tenant improvements

· Budget preparation, and financial reporting

· Invoice processing

Qualifications:

· 5+ years Property Management experience that includes multiple commercial properties.

· Ability to interpret real estate contracts, leases, letters of intent and related documents.

· Excellent interpersonal and tenant relations skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and organize and prioritize.

· Intellect for property accounting & financials and ability to perform CAM reconciliation.

· Financial reporting/Budget preparation experience

Software

· Proficient in use of related software and systems.

· YARDI, Microsoft Office-especially Excel, required.

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
