Job Description

INNOVEX is growing! We are seeking a dynamic, consultative, motivated sales professional! You will represent our company by managing the entire sales process to new and existing clients.

What we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is has a passion for developing and growing strong business relationships. You will have 2+ years of work experience, ideally in the outside sales space.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide state-of-the-art technology solutions to businesses in your assigned local territory
  • Utilize the INNOVEX selling process by analyzing needs of the customer and develop and customized solutions
  • Generate net new business and maintain long term relationships with existing customers
  • Meeting forecasting objectives by a focused cadence to sales activity
  • Maintain CRM with daily sales activities: phone calls, prospecting, appointments, assessments, demos, etc.

How you’ll be measured:

Our sales-driven organization loves to set goals and knock them down. With that being said, some metrics for this role will include:

  • Monthly revenue quotas
  • Daily and weekly activity goals
  • Customer retention goals
