• Creates and delivers designs that meet corporate objectives with the proper tone, messaging, and visual elements.
• Contributes to the development and management of brand standards.
• Collaborates with marketing personnel and agency partners to develop concepts and strategic ideas that can be effectively executed within a variety of channels, and a range of mediums such as: print, video, web and digital.
• Receives direction and originates proposed design/advertising solutions while meeting deadlines on a variety of projects simultaneously.
• Works closely with the Marketing Content Manager to ensure work is reviewed and approved.
• Presents work to a range of internal audiences in a clear, professional manner.
• Maintains an up-to-date and organized project archive.
• Stays up-to-date with design and print production techniques.
• Ensures all design layouts are optimized for end-use and delivered according to brand specs.
• Creates best-in-class designs that address strategic marketing objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or other related areas
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design in a business-to-business industry, or advertising agency experience preferred
• Creative thinker who can provide a solid portfolio of creative ideas
• Understands marketing campaign development and the various mediums to execute an integrated campaign (e.g. print, video, web, digital)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud environment applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as Microsoft PowerPoint
• Mastery of print, typography, digital, video, social, corporate publications design
• Self-starter who is comfortable managing ambiguity and advising on best practices for brand execution and graphic design,
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects and/or similar video compositing, motion graphics and animation software preferred
• Brand management experience preferred
