· Full Time ongoing during search for permanent replacement

· ASC/OR Monday, Tuesday, and Friday a.m.

· Clinic Monday p.m., Tuesday p.m., all day Wednesday and Thursday

· EMR: Athena; Meditech

REQUIRED:

· OK state license; active, unrestricted

· Board Eligible

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided
