We’re looking for a production team member to share in our commitment to producing quality seed products for family farmers across the Upper Midwest. Latham Hi-Tech Seeds has an opening for a seasonal team member on our Seed Production and Shipping teams.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a forklift to transport product throughout the facility
  • Process, bag and prepare seed for shipping
  • Operate agricultural equipment and machinery to move seed
  • Cleaning the warehouse and other facilities
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Assist with research farm field work

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Maintain good condition to perform physical labor
  • Ability to operate tractor, forklift, and other agricultural equipment
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen
