Facilities Maintenance Technician

Our client is based in West Colombia, South Carolina and is a financially stable Infusion-based healthcare organization.

The Position: Our Client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to add to their rapidly growing team that are eager and excited about the industry.

Our client offers the following compensation and benefits:

  • $39,000 - $45,000 Per Year

Requirements:

  • At Least 1 Year of Facility Maintenance Experience Required
  • Strong Computer Skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day maintenance of certain company facilities at the direction of the Facilities supervisor and/or Flagship Healthcare.
  • Conducts periodic inspections of assigned facilities at regular intervals.
  • Maintains company equipment to ensure its ongoing utility.
  • Works with Facilities team on planning and establishing new facility locations, which may require being out of town 5-10 weeks per year.
  • Actively participates in construction management of new facilities, as needed.
  • Assists Facilities team to get new facilities set up and ready for occupancy, to include working with the Facilities Supervisor to source and set up all necessary furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Works with Facilities Team to complete ongoing facility related projects as required.
