The Role

As an Assistant Foreman, you will join Painters USA and gain valuable knowledge. A successful Assistant Foreman is: punctual, organized, communicates successfully, receives coaching well, detail oriented, and a team player. Additionally, they should have a strong work ethic and exhibit our company culture and values.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Assistant Foreman will have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience, have expert safety knowledge & awareness along with mastery in technical skills according to your job area and exemplify company culture & values. As an Assistant Foreman, it is expected that you need very little ongoing technical skills training. You will serve as the second in command to the Foreman and will be expected to manage the job in the absence of the Foreman. You will be responsible to easily move from one task to the next and is a daily leader on the job site.

Skills and Education

• High school education preferred
• 2 years of industry experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain organized
• Proactive worker and problem solver

Work Environment

This job may require lifting of up to 25 lbs., bending, and kneeling for extending period of time. It may also require the use of power tools and heavy machinery. The use of a ladder may be involved.
