Stadium International Trucks has been in business since 1982. Over that time we have expanded from 1 location with 25 employees to 6 locations with over 180 employees. Even though we are no longer a “small” business, we still have the feel of being employed at a small business, we try hard to provide opportunities for our employees to learn and grow through education as well as promotions. Proactively identify and engage prospective truck-fleets, and offer assistance or direction to any customer that can benefit from our services
Evaluating customer needs over emotional selling
Assist customers in spec'ing by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
Describe all optional equipment, bodies and rigging available for customer purchase
Build strong rapport and life-long relationships with customers
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of medium-duty, heavy-duty, and severe service trucks
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Actively use a Customer Management System (CRM)
Previous sales experience is a huge plus
Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales, once established
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
