Summary of Position: 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruiting junior to mid-level sales and recruiting professionals with 1-5 years of professional experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will search for candidates across the staffing services industries and/or other comparable high paced/high activities industry with a key focus on sales and customer service. Successful candidates for this role will currently be a top producer, customer-focused, self-motivated and driven individual who is looking to grow in their career and contribute to a growing organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate internally with the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team and Local Branch Offices to define objectives to anticipate current and future hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage a network of candidates for current funded positions as well as future projected openings.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·Perform full lifecycle recruiting in terms of candidate identification, interview preparation, feedback communication, compensation negotiations, and details surrounding onboarding

·Deliver high activity as defined by Talent Acquisition Leadership (Defined Metrics)

·Provide qualified candidates supporting the Local Branch Offices up to and including; Tysons, VA, Columbia, MD, Radnor, PA, and Raleigh, NC offices

·Develop relationships with local Colleges and Universities to build a pipeline of recent graduates who may have 1-2 years of professional experience after graduating, but are looking to make a professional move.

·Treat field offices and executive sponsors as internal customers providing the highest quality of service, transparency, and contact

·Advanced sourcing and networking of passive and active jobseekers by utilizing the latest recruiting technologies and multiple referral channels

·Maintain external job postings and applicants for open and future positions

·Document all activity and candidate notes in TargetRecruit Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

·Submit weekly report summarizing all recruiting activity and candidate pipeline

·Perform Quarterly Business Review (QBR) roll up to Talent Acquisition

·Attend the annual all-company meeting and visit the corporate office on an as-needed basis

Qualifications and Skills:

·1+ years of experience selling or recruiting within the staffing industry

·Comfortable dealing with internal business stakeholders and delivering critical feedback to peers and supervisors

·Ability to have direct conversations with potential candidates and practices sophisticated lockdown techniques

·Strong sense of urgency and ability to create a sense of urgency in others required; the desire to achieve at a high level is also required

·Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills – both verbal and written

·Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills; creative problem solver and team player

·Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems

·Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Liberal Arts or related field

·Demonstrate belief in and practice of company Core Values (Focus on Service, Ownership, 360° Development, Passion for Success)

Reporting To: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition ZPG

Compensation:

·Base Salary  ($50,000-$65,000) + Quarterly Bonus Opportunity

·Open PTO Plan

·Monthly Cell Phone Allowance

·Other potential incentives determined by leadership up to and including eligibility in ZP Group’s Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)
