Job Description
The Industrial Division joined Danfoss Power Solutions last year through Eaton Hydraulics acquisition. We are looking for a passionate and motivated colleague who will support our growth plans and our strong team.
As Strategic Pricing Lead you will focus on the US region and will be working closely with Industrial Business Units in driving our pricing strategies. Together with Product Management and Sales you will develop and manage key pricing workstreams that will cover market positioning, discount structure and surcharge schemes. You will be a key player in our journey towards pricing excellence, helping to set new standards, align pricing across regions, optimize competitiveness and profitability.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
• Support the development and execution of pricing strategies for the Industrial product portfolio
• Partner with Sales and Product Management to determine and set competitive list and customer-specific pricing
• Support quote approval process at BU and Divisional level by conducting margin analysis and providing price recommendations to optimize profit and hit rates
• Manage price configurators and feature pricing for our core products
• Support price convergence across countries by aligning list prices, discount structures and defining acceptable price variations across the markets
• Promote harmonization of pricing processes across regions and product lines
• Support migration of pricing and quotation from legacy systems to Salesforce and SAP
• Prepare and provide recommendations for annual price adjustments
• Manage pricing KPIs (price realization and hit rates) for the regions/products under responsibility

Job Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Pricing or other roles involved in price setting (Product management, Sales, Engineering, Finance)
• Understanding of product costing and preferably feature pricing and,
• Basic knowledge of engineering products or willingness to learn hydraulics
Preferred qualifications
• Master or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering or matching experience
Job Criteria
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and, preferably, Power BI
• Project management experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
