Position Summary

I. Sourcing Recruiter Position Responsibilities: Essential

• Source and identify candidates (physicians, CNM’s, NP’s and other clinicians as needed) for open positions through various channels, including internal position responses, referrals, internet tools, direct recruiting, job fairs, etc. to ensure timely, quality candidate placements and a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Researches and identifies sourcing opportunities for the department.
• Collect, analyze and maintain sourcing data gathered to provide to leadership.
• Responsible for maintaining the sourcing portion of the recruitment campaign, including posting and maintaining print, online, direct mail and any other campaigns decided upon.
• Manage postings on clinical job boards and the OBHG website as well as niche and social media sites as deemed appropriate. This includes staying up to date on the job board candidate registrations.
• Post leads into CRM database and database integrity.
• Responsible for assisting department with mailers.
• Respond promptly to candidates and internal team via email, phone or in-person.
• May assist with candidate application reviews, and may also conduct initial-prescreens and enter CRM.
• Cold calls to potential candidates.
• Work over time when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
