Job Description
Product owner and decision-maker responsible for Agile sprint planning, backlog prioritization and sync sign-off - Monitor progress and completion of program increment deliverables - Regular attendance and active participation in daily, weekly and biweekly meetings - Gather and/or develop supporting documentation - Work at home with 10% travel or less - Regular and reliable attendance - Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Medicaid experience in a member-facing or operations role with demonstrated focus on member satisfaction - Thorough understanding of web-based assets, public site versus authenticated portal and functional distinctions - Ability to facilitate discussion and decision-making across multiple teams - Excellent verbal and written communication including C-suite presentations

Preferred Qualifications
Moderate knowledge of Medicaid regulations and state contracts - Moderate knowledge of NCQA quality standards and accreditation criteria regarding member experience - Internal Aetna Medicaid applicants preferred due to institutional knowledge and experience (for faster onboarding and job orientation)

Education
4-year bachelors' degree - Agile SAFe certification preferred
