CONTEXT

As part of the Group Security Management team led by the Group CSO, the Group Director Cyber Resilience has a holistic end-to-end responsibility on global cyber resilience across the entire Group and its Maisons, supported by the other Group Security teams. The role serves as the integral part and interface of the digital value chain of the Group including the individual Maisons. It ensures implementation of the Group Security strategy within the context and scope of digitally enabled initiatives, enabling the Group to execute their digital vision.

The Group Director Cyber Resilience is leading a global expert team executing the Cyber Resilience strategy, determining the cyber risk exposure, collecting relevant cyber intelligence and operating a robust cyber incident response capability (Group CSIRT) supported by a state-of-the-art technology platform.

The team advises other functions on supporting the cyber resilience, security risk & compliance management strategy covering manufacturing, logistics, distribution, marketing, retail and corporate.

Further, as part of the converged Group Security function, the Group Director Cyber Resilience oversees the team managing the technology & service stack for the entire Group Security function.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will be in charge to:

• Define global Cyber Resilience strategy aligned with overall Group Security strategy as part of the Group Security Management team
• Provide leadership and guidance to the organization in the areas of Cyber Resilience
  • Cyber Risk Management incl. Cyber Control Framework
  • 3rd party risk management
  • FIRST.org accredited Group CSIRT service incl. Forensics
  • Advisory and attendance at the SSC as a member of the core team.
• Lead Cyber Risk Management and Control Assessments
  • Oversee the team participating in projects throughout the Group and its Maisons, reviewing & assessing the applicable controls as per the common control framework
  • Drive Innovation in the area of Cyber in line with the Group Security strategy
  • Cyber Risk Assessments
  • Red Team
• Develop a strategic direction and lead the implementation of global Threat Management-related security standards
• Build and maintain a Cyber intelligence practice
• Provide oversight and direction for day-to-day security operations processes
  • Ensure continuous improvement in automation and efficiency of operational processes and develop KPIs to increase visibility
• Budget planning responsibilities
  • Budget ownership & planning responsibilities for the Cyber budget as part of the global Group Security budget
• Oversee the Group Security technology roadmap

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

You have a secondary university degree with at least 10 years of experience in the Cyber field with solid knowledge in information security principles and practices.

You are business acumen with experience working in large international environment/ international teams preferably in the area of Cyber.

You have these following experiences/qualities:

• Proven experience in Cyber Risk Management (e.g. FAIR, NIST, ISO, etc.)
• Experience in defining and managing control frameworks (e.g. COSO, NIST CSF, etc.)
• Industry recognized security management certifications (e.g. CRISC, CISM, CISA, etc.)
• Project management education is a plus
• Management & Leadership experience of large and complex teams
• Track record of identifying, developing and retaining talent
• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• C-Level & Board communication skills mandatory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French is an asset
• Ability to communicate and provide advice to non-technical senior management
