Data Entry Coordinator

The New York State Bar Association, a non-profit professional organization, is seeking a full-time Data Entry Coordinator to maintain the NYSBA’s Association Management System (AMS) database. The Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for entering and updating a high volume of information daily, working with other NYSBA departments, and maintaining accuracy and consistency as the data syncs to the NYSBA’s primary website and appears in the eCommerce catalog.

1-3 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management, Fonteva/Salesforce, and/or AMS preferred. Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of Office applications required. Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, accurate keyboard skills and speed, and proven spelling, grammar and punctuation skills are required. A High School diploma or GED is required.

Content and Communications Specialist

The New York State Bar Association, a nonprofit professional association based in Albany, is currently seeking a full time Content and Communications Specialist.

The position is responsible for researching, creating, writing, and editing marketing and communications materials including news releases, articles, website copy and other materials. The incumbent will also coordinate and manage the production and dissemination of print, on-line, audio/video materials, as well as handle inquiries from news media outlets and the public.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success writing, editing, and producing content. A Bachelor degree is required, with a major in journalism, communications or English preferred.

The successful candidate will be able to handle multiple priorities, be detail oriented, well organized, and effectively communicate with NYSBA team members. Project management skills are a must.
