What we’d like you to do:

As theProcurement Operations Analystreporting to the Sr. Director of Procurement, you’ll need to have a minimum of 7+ years of applicable experience and preferably with shared service organizations. You possess the skills to identify and define process improvements and lead the change process inside and outside of the procurement organization (both internal customers and external suppliers).

Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Microsoft BI and SharePoint with specific expertise with MS Excel and MS Access required. Experience in the configuration and use of ERP Procurement Systems, preferably Microsoft D365.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain processes to analyze and update supplier costs in D365 by:

• Developing MS Access database to import supplier price list for analysis.
• Exporting selected pricing from MS Access database for importing to D365 trade and purchasing agreements.

Develop strategies and processes to drive efficiency in the requisition to invoice process via.

• Identifying and implementing solutions to reduce or eliminate manual or non-value-added work being performed in procurement and inventory management.
• Driving improved integration with key suppliers.
• Interfacing with IT to develop and implement solutions.

Become the subject matter expert on the procurement and inventory management functionality and configuration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 by:

• Working with IT to understand the configuration parameters of D365.
• Developing and maintaining training materials for procurement and inventory
• Providing training for new users of the procurement and inventory modules
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Procurement organization.
