POSITION SUMMARY:rdparty delivery sites and their respective integrations. Database maintenance of these systems and training documentation is an important aspect of this job. This position involves a high level of interaction with both IT and end-user personnel.

The MINA Group POS Analyst is a full-time position that reports to the Senior Information Technology Manager in the Information Technology (IT) department. The POS Analyst maintains and controls all aspects of point-of-sale (POS) data and includes the maintenance and design of POS databases, 3

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES(Includes but is not limited to the following duties. Other duties may be assigned)

:

Contribute to database maintenance of Micros POS systems and similar.

Contribute to the maintenance of POS Menu structures.

Contribute to the design/redesign of POS structures based on company and/or restaurant needs.

Maintain POS documentation and training materials.

Assist in rolling out POS systems to new and existing locations.

Provide the initial POS training for end user and support desk personnel.

Travel as necessary in support of the POS systems.

Participate in level-2 POS technical support.

Maintain the POS Item Master for each location.

Assist IT on projects as needed.

Learn essentials of MINA Group data flow in both software and hardware.

Track and inventory the acquisition, deployment, and retirement of various POS assets.

Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent, relevant experience required. Advance education in Computer Science is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in restaurant information systems operations required. Relevant experience in a multi-unit, complex organization preferred.

Minimum of 3 years with the configuration of backend POS systems.

Experience with 3

rdParty Delivery Platforms preferred.

Must have POS system integration and use experience with Micros RES 3700 and Simphony.

Must have experience within a POS hosted environment

Technically proficient with POS hardware and configurations including networking and API integrations.

Proven ability to successfully work with a wide range of personalities, training levels, and business needs.

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), planning, problem solving and task management skills.

Exceptional customer service.

Interest and passion for emerging restaurant technologies.

Restaurant financial closing experience is a plus.
