Role Description:

The Recruitment Operations Manager is responsible for providing strategy, process improvement, and technical expertise across a variety of key recruitment priorities and initiatives. Reporting to the AVP of Talent Acquisition, this position will serve the Talent Acquisition team & the greater People Team in delivering programs, streamlining operations, and implementing new solutions in order to achieve our People Team goals. To be successful in the role, you will need to be able to think strategically, as well as be comfortable getting into the details of recruitment operations, processes, and business needs. Strong project management skills are critical, as you will work cross functionally and partner with People Business Partners, Talent Operations, People Analytics & Technology, and D&I teams to make business decisions aligned to the talent strategy.

Responsibilities:

Manage third party vendor relationships and associated contracts to ensure performance metrics are appropriate and monitored Develop regular and ad-hoc reports, providing data on recruiting performance and metrics for both in-house recruitment and external relationships Partner with People Analytics & Technology teams to provide market research insights, track recruitment metrics, report trends, to drive performance Help build and execute an end to end early career talent strategy specifically focusing on campus recruitment and establishing a strong university presence Manage a calendar of recruitment events designed to provide a quality candidate experience that yields hires and brand ambassadors Establish an employee referral program and manage subsequent tracking Partner with People Operations and Communications team to better establish and further enhance employer value proposition and employment brand in the marketplace Solicit feedback from the greater Talent Acquisition team on needs from the Recruitment Operations function; process improvements, efficiencies, etc Build a comprehensive process map from candidate application to day-1 and use this information to inform decision making around systems and resources, and recruitment initiatives Managing all billing and invoices related to recruitment vendor relationships Supervise, mentor, train, 1 Specialist on the team to support their career development

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 3 years of progressively increasing responsibility in Talent Acquisition (Recruitment and/or Operations) Ability to work is an extremely fast paced, ever changing environment and pivoting based on priorities Proven ability to generate and implement innovative solutions with an understanding of how to take programs from ideation to execution Effective in implementing change within role; seeks to learn and implement best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of project management Working knowledge of HR functional areas through prior experience or exposure Ability to analyze data and rationalize to decisions that add value to the business Ability to build trusting relationships by using appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with customers and team members
