Position Summary:
Soccer Village is seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team. At Soccer Village, we want to provide the best customer service experience possible. All Soccer Village Retail Store Managers play a vital part in the day-to-day operation of the store. If you are a soccer-minded individual with customer service experience and a great attitude this is the job for you.

Essential Functions:
Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Oversee Soccer Village Store operations
Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements
Ensure availability of merchandise and help to maintain inventory
Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans
Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
Protect employees and customer by providing a safe and clean store environment
Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Uphold Soccer Village's code of conduct and business model
