Associate Director, Capital and Resolution Planning
- Support the Capital & Resolution Plan team with the production of the annual Capital Plan, including:
- Preparing initial drafts of Capital Plan chapters and associated key policy documentation;
- Performing quality assurance reviews to drive professional and consistent work product;
- Incorporating feedback into the Capital Plan from key stakeholders, senior management, and the Board of Directors; and
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis or tasks in support of each document’s narrative.
- Contribute to, and in some cases lead, key activities of the capital stress test cycle, such as:
- Inventorying of key assumptions;
- Conducting sensitivity analysis on key assumptions and inputs; and
- Facilitating the formal review and challenge.
- Support the Capital & Resolution Plan team with the production of the U.S. Resolution Plan, including:
- Preparing initial drafts of the U.S. Resolution Plan chapters;
- Performing quality assurance reviews to drive professional and consistent work product;
- Incorporating feedback from key stakeholders, senior management, and the Board of Directors;
- Liaising with key stakeholders in between filing periods to ensure points of contact and content pertaining to the U.S. Resolution Plan remain relevant; and
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis or tasks in support of the U.S. Resolution Plan narrative.
- Contribute to, and in some cases lead, key activities of the resolution planning, such as:
- Facilitating key resolution planning governance forums;
- Conducting sensitivity analysis on key assumptions and inputs;
- Executing, evolving, and maintaining key resolution frameworks; and
- Driving continuous improvements in resolution planning capabilities.
- Execute on strategic initiatives, as needed, in support of the long-term operating model of the Capital & Resolution Plan Team.
- Review supervisory guidance and industry news to identify CCAR and resolution planning requirements, best practices, and trends.
- Perform ad hoc analysis or tasks, as needed.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
