We are seeking aManager of Market Intelligence - Remoteat Hanger Clinic is a strategic thought partner and analytical expert who provides critical contributions to Marketing and commercial teams, support strategic decisions requiring primary market research,Voice of Customer (VOC)and secondary data analysis.

Your Impact

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead market intelligence projects for Hanger’s portfolio and contribute to strategic insights sharing across the company
  • Communicate and align key internal stakeholders around market research and analytics objectives and outputs, explain approaches taken as well as potential limitations and caveats
  • Initiate and execute on a qualitative market research strategy, including writing surveys and focus group discussion guides, data gathering and analysis, and insight summaries
  • Initiate and execute on a quantitative market research project, including data gathering, data analyses and triangulations, synthesize business insights
  • Research areas include national and local market dynamics, trends, and segmentations; customer groups including patients, physicians, and hospitals; utilization analyses including procedures, claims, product and service portfolio
  • Develop and present key findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders or senior management

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA or BS with a concentration in HealthCare Administration, Business, or Mathematics; Master degree preferred
  • 6 years+ experience in market research, data analytic, or strategic analysis in healthcare-related industries
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint / Excel, skills in using statistic software. SQL skills a plus

Pay range of $100,000 to $130,000 + 10% annual bonus. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
