The Global Security (GS) finance team within the Special Program's line of business is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Financial Analyst team supporting the MSP program as well as oversee the FP&A team assigned to MSP. The GS team has a long and proud history supporting critical missions and driving innovation for expanded mission capabilities.

This role will be multifaceted and support of number of integral areas integral to our success. For the programs of record, the Finance Manager is expected to oversee the financial execution of the programs and provide the appropriate staffing to support each program. This will include cost management (EVM and non-EVM programs), FP&A, billing as well as provide oversight to Annual Long-range Planning, Quarterly Financial Reviews Monthly Orders/Sales/EBIT & Cash Forecasting as well as other ad hoc requests.

Basic Qualifications:
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment
• Cost management experience
• General understanding of industry estimating processes
• Current DoD TS
Desired Skills:
• Previous leadership experience
• Active SCI or TS/SCI clearance
• EVM / FP&A Experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
