Responsibilities:

Lebar A Vin is seeking to fill multiple chef positions ranging from Line Chef to Sous Chef. This role will be expected to assist in the oversight of daily operations in the kitchen and work with our Executive Chef to ensure the highest quality of food products & kitchen cleanliness. You’ll be expected to produce and oversee meals for quality assurance & portion control and assist in prep for the following day’s menu. Job Criteria:

Required :

  • Must have a positive disposition & upbeat attitude
  • Possess the ability to handle a high pressure environment
  • Efficiently perform high level multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and nonverbal communication in a team setting
  • Consistent punctuality with regular & reliable attendance
  • Ability to perform physical activity including long periods of standing, walking, & lifting
  • Honesty & integrity
  • Minimum 18 years of age

Preferred :

  • Fine dining experience in a full service dining restaurant
  • Exceptional attention to detail & quality control
  • Open to flexible scheduling for lunch-time & late-night service operations
  • Professional & personal leadership experience

LeBar A Vin is a newly established Wine Bar on the island of Palm Beach that welcomes its guests with a luxurious elegance unique to itself. Upon entering, our guests are welcomed by a baby grand piano, Baccarat crystal lighting, smiling staff, and nightly live entertainment.Our location features an elegant dining room with white tablecloth-topped tables, a cocktail reception area, full bar, and an outdoor courtyard that caters to our clientele’s dining preferences. Our menus feature an array of wines by the glass, bottle preferences, as well as an explorable food selection.Fresh off our opening in December of 2020 we’ve just barely began scratching the surface of the potential our location will one day achieve.
