The incumbent will be responsible overseeing all operations, company assets and preventative maintenance programs. They'll be expected to coordinate cost effective and efficient business continuity while growing revenues. The incumbent will have oversight of all staff, vendors and will be the direct point of contact for all customers in their respective region. Responsibilities: Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of the territory and company objectives. Attains signed contracts, collective bargaining agreements, MOUs. Managing, developing and training of the staff. Fiscal management of costs and expenses. Ability to forecast expenses and budgets. Responsibility for all preventative maintenance programs. Maintain regulatory compliance, staffing, payroll & benefit administration for the staff. Ability to attend, participate & document surveys for potential clients. Maintain customer service relationship with large client base. Qualifications: BS/BA in Management or equivalent work experience. Minimum 10 years operations/ management experience in operations. Proficient in the all Microsoft applications. The ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations. The ability to multi-task and establish priorities and meet deadlines. The ability to maintain organization in a changing environment. Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, leadership and accountability. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures. The ability to integrate a working environment with customer and administrative needs to meet established goals & objectives. Ability to effectively communicate with high levels of leadership as well as frontline staff. Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with the client.
