Primary Purpose of JobThe Community Nutritionist plays a lead role in the development and implementation of nutritional and programmatic best practices at the Community Kitchen and Food Pantry of West Harlem and at Food Bank’s Senior Center. In addition, The Community Nutritionist oversees nutrition education activities at food distribution sites and provides education to charities in the Food Bank Network. The Community Nutritionist leads the process for ensuring best practices on food safety and sanitation at Food Bank’s Community Kitchen.
