POSITION SUMMARY

:

Perform routine range of work and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment under general supervision. They execute work within established procedures and process under both verbal and written instructions.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

:

• Perform general Maintenance work around facility and grounds – checking functionality, condition and aesthetics of fixtures and equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs of facility fixtures and equipment (minor plumbing, electrical, door, floor, wall repairs, painting, cleaning and lubricating equipment, changing light bulbs, etc.)
• Moving and assisting in transportation of furniture and equipment.
• Complete Facilities work orders, communicate with submitter to confirm satisfactory work completion.
• Assist with conference room setup/cleanup as needed.
• Provide reception lobby support as needed.
• Provide general janitorial support as needed.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Should follow oral or written instructions.
• Communicate efficiently and fluently in both written and oral form.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
