Digital Content Marketing Manager CVS Kidney Care

The Digital Content Manager, under the direction of the Director of Content Strategy and in collaboration with the CVS Kidney Care marketing team and internal agency, will grow sales and engagement through creative content and digital strategies.

Your responsibilities will include creating and improving content on our website and social channels to achieve our business goals, in addition to monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices and recommend updated strategies.

You are an experienced professional with creative writing skills. As a content manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will oversee all marketing content projects to promote lead generation, growth in sales, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

•Develop content strategy for website and social channels that is aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets. These targets could increase web traffic, growing sales and patient census, increasing contact database {20%}

•Work with marketing and agency/design teams to develop site content, style and layout that is consistent with brand standards {25%}

•Create and publish engaging content for site and social channels, improve content according to SEO, manage social media traffic and responses {30%}

•Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metric {10%}

•Stay up to date on business and product developments and create new ideas to draw audience attention {15%}

•3-5 years of proven work experience in marketing with a focus in digital content experience and strategy; preferably in health care. Dialysis experience is a plus but not required

•Proven track record using innovative content and digital strategies to grow sales

•Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and behavior change

•Record of driving content efforts from planning to delivery

•Knowledge of social media and online best practices, including and SEO, user experience (UX) design and web traffic metrics

•Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment.

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•Attention to detail

•Good organizational and time management skills

•Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

•Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats

Bachelor's Degree required in marketing, communications, or related field.
