Stewart's Federal Credit Union is looking for a dedicated professional to manage the Credit Union in Ballston Spa, NY. The right candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in the field or equivalent management experience and possess creative marketing and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Credit Union by ensuring proper training and support to the team.
  • Develop marketing programs and sell credit union services to Stewart’s Shops partners.
  • Maintain and enhance current marketing programs and product with a creative marketing approach.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and attend the monthly Credit Union Board meetings.
  • Oversee and manage the investment portfolio to achieve highest level of return while limiting risk.

Requirements:

  • Possess a high level of customer service to members while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit a team oriented, professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively with the public.
  • Ability to handle confidential information as well as follow all regulatory guidelines for the credit union industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business-related field preferred or 5+ years experience in the banking or financial service industry. Management experience preferred.
