Responsibilities

• Processing semi-monthly and weekly regular timesheets and timesheet corrections
• Exporting timesheets from Deltek T&E to Costpoint
• Processing semi-monthly and weekly leave accruals and corrections
• Reconciling labor data and researching variances or discrepancies
• Setting up and maintaining new employee system access and employee records for timekeeping access and payroll processing
• Working with Human Capital (HC) team to ensure employee records are consistent with HC records
• Assisting employees, project managers, and timesheet approvers with timesheet corrections
• Assisting with audit requests where applicable
• Calculating retroactive corrections for pay adjustments
• Preparing PTO payouts for terminated or transitioning employees
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
• Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with emphasis in Word, Excel, Outlook, and on-line search engines required. Previous experience with Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Time & Expense is strongly preferred. Familiarity with government contracting and related Human Capital requirements. Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Cost Accounting Standards are preferred but not required. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Education and Experience: This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline from an accredited institution as well as a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in an Accounting & Finance background.
