Customer Support Representative, Consumer

Cratejoy is looking for a Customer Support Representative to help the buyers on our Marketplace. The number of Consumers using Cratejoy to buy subscription boxes is exploding and we need help! Historically, our customer satisfaction rating is above industry averages and buyers love using Cratejoy to shop and discover. We need someone to help keep the standard high and raise the bar even more.

The Consumer Customer Support Representative will be responsible for managing a front line queue of questions from Marketplace buyers, solving issues by coordinating between our buyers and sellers, and assisting in other support related tasks to improve the buyer experience on our Marketplace. All of this will be done with the aim of creating a seamless and exceptional experience for our growing community of buyers.
