Computer Specialist

Job Details

Bowhead seeks a Computer Specialist to provide support in the V Department Service Center. Must have experience with all of the following:

o Familiarity with IT and network operations.

o Ability to provide phone, email, and in-person support to users for a wide range of IT

related issues and requests.

o Serving as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting various hardware, software,

and application problems.

DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical Level II certification preferred.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
