As a Property Accountant / Bookkeeper you’ll have the opportunity to work side by side with the accounting team and on-site management to oversee the daily bookkeeping duties for our apartment communities. While ensuring quality control, maximizing efficiencies and meeting deadlines, you will enjoy working in a fun environment. Knowledge is power and we’ll support you to allow you to crush your goals.

A Day in the Life:

The Accountant is responsible for ensuring financials are accurate. This includes reviewing payables, deposit accounting, payroll, commissions, and reconciling bank accounts. You’ll assist in investor relations to include monthly and quarterly reporting. Lender relations to meet the requirement set forth through the loan.  Love numbers? This is the career for you!

Accountant must haves:

  • Computer literacy in MS Excel, e-mail, and a familiarity with the internet required.
  • 2 years  accounting / bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • Yardi and/or property management experience a plus

Compensation: $48k - 53k per year
