Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Field/Marketing Representative in Ohio to handle the Ohio/Kentucky territory. This person will be responsible for appointing independent agents to represent the company, monitoring agency performance goals, educating agents about our products and services, and seeking new and unique opportunities for growth. Qualifications Qualified candidates must possess a strong background in commercial insurance includng Workers' Compensation coverage, BOP, Umbrella, and other commercial lines. Keen knowledge of the Ohio's and Kentucky's P&C marketplace is required, including competitive intelligence and a good familiarity with the independent agency network serving each state. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently (typically from home) and be willing to travel frequently throughout the territory. He/she should have excellent organization skills and be comfortable working with Windows Office and other basic computer programs. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
