Level I Tech

Core Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair computer hardware, printer, industry-recognized software applications and workstation operating systems
• Analyze and resolve network-related server, workstation, printer, operating system and applications issues in LANs
• Document all troubleshooting fixes, changes and updates performed
• Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues
• Maintains strict confidentiality
• Actively seeks to learn new applications and technologies on the market in an effort to enhance company reputation
• Continuously expands professional acumen
• Professionally and effectively communicates to end-user appropriate resolution and instruction with regard to specific needs
• Delivers customer service in alignment with company core values for client satisfaction
• Escalates technical issues to Supervisor as deemed necessary
• Regularly attends Company daily huddles and weekly team meetings
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) is highly desirable
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred
• Minimum 3 years of professional working experience with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing computer hardware, printers, industry-recognized software applications, and workstation operating systems
• Minimum 1 year of professional working experience analyzing and resolving network-related server workstation, printer, operating system, and application issues in LANs
• Thorough working knowledge of mac OS X v10.12-v10.15, Windows 7 and Windows 10
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work well with all skill levels of end-users throughout all levels of an organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Strong organizational management skills with the ability to prioritize and follow up on multiple concurrent tasks
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment, actively contributing to work on group projects from start to finish in a professional and timely manner
• Takes initiative and demonstrates self-motivation within the scope of job responsibilities
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute sound judgment, always focusing on client satisfaction with attention to detail
