A small Civil Engineering firm located in Lewisville is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal Civil Project Manager will lead a design team and be responsible for the production and management of design for a variety of commercial and residential civil engineering projects, including site development, land planning, platting, zoning, and flood studies. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Manager position include:
  • 10 years of land development engineering experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Texas Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months is preferred
  • Proficient with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to interpret and apply local and state policies, codes, and standards related to project design and planning
  • Supervision and oversight of engineering studies, design and plan production to include the design of paving, earthwork, water, sewer and storm drainage
  • Serve as company representative at meetings, presentations and public hearings/reviews
  • Permit projects through local, state and federal agencies as required
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
