The opportunity

You will get the chance to work with the Telnyx marketing operations team who use problem solving, automation, and data analysis to enable the sales and marketing teams at Telnyx. Our marketing operations team are masters in marketing automation and data analysis platforms so you will be learning from the best in the business.

As part of your responsibilities you will:

• Work with the Marketing Operations team to handle requests such as email sends, UTM parameter creation and tracking, and content performance tracking.
• Monitor and report on performance of emails, digital ad campaigns, and content to make recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Configure, enhance, and maintain processes within the Marketo marketing automation platform as well as the database of people that reside in this platform.
• Build new web pages for telnyx.com including landing pages optimized for digital campaigns.
• Manage Telnyx’s social media channels, including writing and posting content and monitoring performance.

Who we're looking for

• Experience in marketing, either through past work experience or from a college degree earned or in progress.
• Strong logic and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with email marketing and social channels (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Bonus points for

• Experience with a marketing automation platform e.g. Marketo, Hubspot, Mailchimp.
• Experience with a business intelligence tool e.g. Tableau, Domo, Looker, Google Data Studio.
• Familiarity with A/B tests and email performance reporting.
• Understanding of UTM parameters, cookies, and marketing attribution.
• Programming skills e.g. Python, SQL, C, JavaScript.
• Design skills e.g. HTML, CSS, Adobe Design Software.
