Le titulaire du poste agit à titre d’expert d’affaires en collecte de données et en production de rapports au sein de l’équipe Distribution pharmaceutique et opérations de McKesson Canada. Le titulaire du poste est chargé du développement, de l’amélioration et de la mise en œuvre de solutions de rapports et d’autres outils interactifs d’établissement de rapports qui permettent de fournir des renseignements à l’entreprise. Le titulaire du poste est responsable de définir les exigences en fonction des requêtes provenant des utilisateurs (internes et externes) et de fournir l’expertise, l’assistance et la formation technique aux utilisateurs finaux dans l’ensemble de l’entreprise. Le titulaire du poste est également responsable d’assurer l’intégrité et la gouvernance des informations d’affaires de McKesson Canada en veillant à la conformité des requêtes par rapport aux lignes directrices de la gouvernance ainsi qu’à leur application. Responsabilités spécifiques Diriger la conception de la collecte de données d’informations d’affaires, l’automatisation des rapports et les processus de distribution en plus de produire des rapports selon une fréquence déterminée; Mener des projets nationaux en matière de solutions d’innovation pour la collecte, la normalisation et l’utilisation de données; Conceptualiser, concevoir et développer des solutions de visualisation de données qui permettent de colliger des concepts complexes de données pour la direction et les intervenants clés; Optimiser le soutien de l’information et des décisions de gestion en identifiant des mesures et des sources de données importantes, ainsi que des procédures de collecte et de distribution de données optimales; Collaborer de manière interfonctionnelle sur divers défis opérationnels afin de comprendre, solutionner et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles solutions visant à améliorer le rendement global de l’entreprise; Effectuer l’analyse de bases de données volumineuses permettant de générer des conclusions concrètes; Effectuer des entrevues auprès des utilisateurs interfonctionnels finaux pour déterminer les exigences concernant les données, les rapports, les analyses, la qualité des données et le rendement; recommander l’étendue pertinente des exigences; Collaborer avec les chefs d’équipe de services interfonctionnels sur l’évaluation de nouvelles sources de données provenant de différentes unités d’affaires afin d’évaluer et de mettre en œuvre la faisabilité et l’intégration efficace des rapports dans les processus des équipes; Se charger d’encadrer la direction des opérations par rapport aux ICP et aux outils d’analyse; Mettre au point des capacités d’établissement de rapports conformément aux lignes directrices et politiques de gouvernance; Assurer la formation des utilisateurs et l’assistance technique au besoin; Gérer les produits livrables en temps opportun et traiter les demandes ponctuelles au besoin. Exigences du poste Baccalauréat en commerce, en IA, en gestion de l’information, en statistiques ou expérience équivalente requise; Minimum de 4+ ans d’expérience à un poste similaire, à un poste technique ou en tant qu’analyste d’affaires; Solides compétences techniques et expérience démontrée avec des logiciels d’archivage et d’extraction de données ainsi que de production de rapports; Maîtrise de niveau expert des logiciels SQL, MS Access et Excel; Expérience avec Power BI ou DevEx Dashboard, un atout; Expérience en tant qu’agent de changement; Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et souci du détail; Grande motivation, autonomie et capacité à travailler avec un minimum de supervision; Aptitude à planifier et à diriger des séances de facilitation; Excellentes aptitudes de communications, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en anglais et en français; Être en mesure de voyager (env. 10 % du temps de travail). -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- McKesson is in the business of better health and we touch the lives of patients in virtually every aspect of healthcare. The incumbent acts as the subject matter expert in data collection and reporting of McKesson Canada Pharmaceutical Distribution Operations. The incumbent develops, improves and implements reporting solutions and other interactive reporting tools required to provide insight into the business. The incumbent is responsible for defining requirements based on user requests (internal and external) and provides technical expertise, assistance and training to end users throughout the company and is also responsible for enforcing the integrity and governance of McKesson Canada’s Business Information, by ensuring requests meet the governance guidelines and its application. Specific Responsibilities Leads the design of BI data collection, reporting automation and distribution processes and executes reporting as per defined frequency; Lead national projects on innovation solutions in regards of data collection, standardization and/or utilization; Conceptualize, design and develop data visualization solutions that synthesize complex data concepts for leadership and key stakeholders; Enhance management information and decision support through the identification of critical metrics, data sources and optimal collection and distribution procedures; Work cross functionally on various operational challenges to understand, solve and implement new solutions aimed at improving overall business performance; Perform analysis of large datasets that can generate concrete conclusions; Responsible for interviewing end cross functional users to determine requirements for data, reports, analysis, data quality and performance and recommends appropriate scope of requirements; Works with cross functional department Team Leads in assessing new data sources from different Business Units, in order to assess and implement reporting feasibility and successful integration into team processes; Responsible for coaching Operation’s Management on KPIs and analytic tools; Develops reporting capabilities in accordance with governance guidelines and policies; Responsible for user training and technical assistance where necessary; Manage deliverables in a timely manner and handle ad hoc requests as required. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Intelligence, Information Management, Statistics or equivalent experience required; Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a similar role, technical role or as a Business Analysis preferred. Strong technical skills, with demonstrated experience in data archiving, extraction and reporting software; Expert level knowledge of SQL, MS Access and Excel; Experience with Power BI and/or DevEx Dashboard an asset; Experience in being a Change Agent; Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented; Highly motivated self-starter capable of operating with minimal supervision; Able to plan and lead facilitation sessions; Strong communication skills, verbal and written skills in both French and English; Able to travel approximately 10% of the time.
