Le titulaire du poste est responsable de définir les exigences en fonction des requêtes provenant des utilisateurs (internes et externes) et de fournir l’expertise, l’assistance et la formation technique aux utilisateurs finaux dans l’ensemble de l’entreprise. The incumbent acts as the subject matter expert in data collection and reporting of McKesson Canada Pharmaceutical Distribution Operations. The incumbent develops, improves and implements reporting solutions and other interactive reporting tools required to provide insight into the business. The incumbent is responsible for defining requirements based on user requests (internal and external) and provides technical expertise, assistance and training to end users throughout the company and is also responsible for enforcing the integrity and governance of McKesson Canada’s Business Information, by ensuring requests meet the governance guidelines and its application. Specific Responsibilities Leads the design of BI data collection, reporting automation and distribution processes and executes reporting as per defined frequency; Lead national projects on innovation solutions in regards of data collection, standardization and/or utilization; Conceptualize, design and develop data visualization solutions that synthesize complex data concepts for leadership and key stakeholders; Enhance management information and decision support through the identification of critical metrics, data sources and optimal collection and distribution procedures; Work cross functionally on various operational challenges to understand, solve and implement new solutions aimed at improving overall business performance; Perform analysis of large datasets that can generate concrete conclusions; Responsible for interviewing end cross functional users to determine requirements for data, reports, analysis, data quality and performance and recommends appropriate scope of requirements; Works with cross functional department Team Leads in assessing new data sources from different Business Units, in order to assess and implement reporting feasibility and successful integration into team processes; Responsible for coaching Operation’s Management on KPIs and analytic tools; Develops reporting capabilities in accordance with governance guidelines and policies; Responsible for user training and technical assistance where necessary; Manage deliverables in a timely manner and handle ad hoc requests as required. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Intelligence, Information Management, Statistics or equivalent experience required; Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a similar role, technical role or as a Business Analysis preferred. Strong technical skills, with demonstrated experience in data archiving, extraction and reporting software; Expert level knowledge of SQL, MS Access and Excel; Experience with Power BI and/or DevEx Dashboard an asset; Experience in being a Change Agent; Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented; Highly motivated self-starter capable of operating with minimal supervision; Able to plan and lead facilitation sessions; Strong communication skills, verbal and written skills in both French and English; Able to travel approximately 10% of the time.
