• Leverage industry and internal relationships to source and develop new partners / sources of incremental revenue
• Develop a pipeline of new sales and tactical opportunities that improve performance against revenue KPIs
• Create, execute, and measure the impact of sales campaigns and promotions that support key sales priorities
• Provides business development support to the sales team to capitalize on incremental revenue opportunities through the creation of new sales programs and other offers
• Effectively represent HA at relevant industry functions and conferences, demonstrating a commitment to the market and maximizing awareness of product and fare offerings.
• Drive sales program negotiations with Head of Sales and partners, ensuring alignment across key priorities
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Legal to develop contract templates that support new sales programs and offers
• Establish sales priorities in collaboration with Head of Sales that grow revenue with existing partners, and identify incremental revenue sources across new partners and market segments
• Monitor performance against KPIs, and present to partners, colleagues and executive leadership as required on impact of sales & tactical opportunities, and progress towards key sales priorities
• Use reports and dashboards to analyze market and industry trends, and collaborate with Sales Analytics to identify, size, and prioritize niche and strategic opportunities
• Create, organize and execute sales promo strategy in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Identify and adapt marketing opportunities that support achievement of key sales priorities
• Provide sales team with training and resources to help them promote and sell sales programs, products, and services developed as part of sales strategy
• Provides consultative support to external partners as required to drive adoption of sales programs, products, and services
• Performing administrative duties as required
• Analyze market and industry developments, and share information with colleagues and leadership to inform and align strategic response
• Assist with providing information to help measure the financial impact of the sales strategy

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of B2B sales experience
• Extensive experience in developing, implementing & managing sales plans and marketing programs to drive new and improved revenue outcomes
• Proven success creating, implementing, and executing robust and strategic sales promotions
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly analytical, logical with strong decision making and critical thinking skills
• Strong computer skills specifically including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) platform
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Strong planning and organizational skills including the ability to multitask
• Fluency in written and spoken English and if applicable Native language is required
• Domiciled near the office location, or willing to relocate to the area
• Legally authorized to work in the country where the office is located
