Agile Requirements Analyst - Ability To Obtain SECRET Clearance (Remote)

Job Summary: We are seeking a mid-level Agile Requirement Analyst (RA) with a strong background in Scrum development for a transformation project. The RA will be to serve as the primary person to generate most written artifacts (requirements, user guides, meeting minutes) for the project. We will use Jira and the Atlassian Suite along with related tools to meet these needs. Responsibilities: Note: Position is a contingent (upon award) role. - Capture requirements from the Government – record and track in Jira - Take meeting minutes - Update User Stories in Jira with size (in story points), and significant status changes - Prepare User Guides and review Admin Guides for software - Prepare one page Quick Reference guides for users to have at their desks - Answer user questions about documentation or new features - Edit test plans - Assist in the testing of the front end user interface for the software - Assist the Program Manager in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports
