Benefits Account Manager

Fullerton, CA

Our client is a growing risk-management firm, specializing in insurance programs and employee benefits. They are a small agency offering growth opportunities and bonus incentives. They are looking to bring on a Benefits Account Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing a book of business by recommending coverage, answering policy questions, and maintaining the relationship.
  • Works closely with Producer to ensure clients needs are met and evaluate opportunities to increase sales for services.
  • Lead the process to implement plan enrollment, and manage renewal processes.
  • Maintain documentation and system updates necessary for ongoing record keeping and client management.

Requirements:

  • State licensing to transact and advise on insurance
  • Minimum 3 years experience in benefits account management
  • Experience working with small and large size groups.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment

Compensation:

  • Base compensation of $70,000+ (dependent on experience)
  • Offering quarterly bonus incentives
