After taking the Parisian dining scene by storm, internationally acclaimed chef Daniel Rose returned to his home soil withLe Coucou, his New York City collaboration with restaurateurStephen Starr. The Roman and Williams-designed space is a gracious modern nod to fine European gastronomy, with crisp linens, flickering candles and whitewashed brick serving as subtle framework for Rose’s vivid cooking. Updating classical French cuisine with charm and verve, Rose shrinks the intercontinental divide separating the City of Light and the Big Apple, proving that the true essence of fine French dining can thrive in any time zone.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining restaurants preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and great communication skills; the ability to work closely with front server and captain to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • A friendly disposition and proactive nature (always maintain a fully stocked station throughout the duration of service)
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • The ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
Hourly rate is $10 + tips
