As theAssistantStore Manager,you provide leadership and direction to thestore teamwhilesuccessfully executingthecompany’svision and values under the direction of the Store Manager.Youassist inmaximizingstore profitability byachieving store sales goals.You ensurethatstore standards and processes for merchandising, operations,staffingand communityengagementare well executed. Asneeded, youwillassume responsibility for the store in theStore Manager’s absence.Youcreate aninclusiveenvironment,always puttingour internal and external customers first. How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:Youcontribute bymaximizing store sales,achieving store sales goals and monitor sales progress&results against key targets.Youinspireandmodelaconsumer centric mindsetbyexemplifyingselling behaviors through genuine interactions with customersfor the teams to emulate.Youareresponsible for supportingthe Store Manager withnetworking,attracting,recruiting,andinterviewinghigh caliber talent. Youprovidedirectcoaching, feedback, trainingand supervision of the associates, ensuringthat all company policies and procedures are followedand in compliance.
How youwill do it:By consistently demonstratingclear communication,training,andcoaching, youassistin settingexpectations oncustomer engagement,storepolicies and proceduresas well asfosteringa strong team. Youhelpmanage expenses to maximize sales and profitability.Youcultivatean environment of productivity by ensuring the store team has the knowledge and skills to meet store goals for sales and customer engagement.
What success looks like:Youandtheteamsuccessfullymeet and exceedsalesresultsand business goals. You areresponsible forassisting the Store Managerin coaching and developing the team.Youlead by example,promotean inclusive storeenvironment,and creategreat consumer experiencesin all situations.
