Job Summary: Performs AORN terminal cleaning standard in operating, procedure or treatment rooms that includes cleaning of CATH Lab, CVOR, ENDO, IR and Vascular rooms. The EVS Terminal Cleaner will continuously demonstrate proficiency in specific operating room cleaning techniques, correct use of chemicals, cleaning tools, waste handling and disposal, use of cleaning cart, cleaning techniques and infection control methods necessary to maintain the departments established quality standards.

Working Hours: 8:00PM - 4:30AM

Required Education: None

Preferred Education: High School Diploma or GED

Required License: None

Preferred License: None

Required Experience: Must successfully complete Operating Room Terminal Cleaning training and competency assessment training within 30 days of hire and as an annual competency refresher training.

Preferred Experience: Previous healthcare housekeeping experience of 1 year
