Our client located in Elmhurst, IL is looking for an Accounting/Finance Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities include ensuring that financial and business operations are efficient and effective. Provides strategic planning, financial management and operational experience to drive growth and improve business processes. Responsibilities include directing all financial planning, analysis and reporting including annual budgets, forecasts, tax filings and audits as well as accounts payable and accounts receivable. Partners with the CEO and the management team on financial strategy, evaluation of strategic action and board communications. Develop materials that support corporate transactions and board/investor requests. Track key performance measures for the organization in the form of dashboards and policies. Look for process and technology improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with the management team to build detailed financial models and align Operations to performance goals. Perform month-end closings, including account reconciliations and financial reporting packages. Implement effective rewards, recognition, coaching, and corrective practices to align employee performance with company objectives. Oversees Risk & Compliance function for Chief Enterprises, including authorization and signature responsibilities. Lead a team of two associates responsible for compliance and A/R, A/P. Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA is a plus! 7+ years of strong Accounting & Finance experience- in a manufacturing/distribution environment is a plus!
