Account Director / Senior Account Director – Independent B2B Agency – To £70k Exceptional independent global B2B specialist agency seeks Account Director or Senior Account Director following unprecedented growth and 15 new client wins.The agencyThis 46-strong agency has a remote-first model but also has offices in London, the North and the Midlands so you can work from home or in one of its office locations whenever you wish.The agency is known for ‘cutting through the noise’ to create simply powerful B2B marketing campaigns that ignite conversations and drive good business.As a full-service agency, it houses its own Strategists, Digital Designers, Studio Manager, Web Developers, Market Research and Copywriters.The Account Director / Senior Account Director roleThe agency is seeking a B2B experienced Account Director or Senior Account Director to join its expanding client team.There are currently two client teams – you will head up the third and manage a team that uses both the London and Birmingham offices. Team meet-ups occur monthly for which your travel can be expensed.Your key client is the agency’s largest account and one of the biggest tech businesses in the world. You will also have the opportunity to work on other accounts and new business.Team sizeYou will manage two Senior Account Managers, an Account Manager and an Account Executive.Key deliverablesCampaigns are integrated and include but aren’t limited to product launches, web builds / updates, film / video, motion graphics, internal comms and events.Salary and benefitsThe salary is 100% dependent on experience (up to £70k) and comes with 25 days’ holiday plus a three-day Christmas shutdown.
