Lead Cabin Appearance Agent (Part-Time) – HUB Services

Providing a safe and clean travel experience to our passengers

As a Lead Cabin Appearance Agent at United Ground Express, a subsidiary of United Airlines, you will help Connect People and Unite the World aboard flights traveling around the world by ensuring a clean and comfortable travel experience to our passengers.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Lead Cabin Appearance Agent is responsible for immediate oversight of the hub operation to ensure all performance goals are met.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the daily operation to ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly
• Provide direction, instruction and coaching to employees as needed
• Work closely with Dispatchers and Supervisors to ensure employee assignments are followed and completed correctly
• Effectively communicate with all hub services agents
• Ensure any injuries, incidents, accidents, and/or customer service issues are properly reported and processed
• Ensure the operation functions in a safe, caring, dependable and efficient manner at all times
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Flexibility

• You must be available for day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• You will be required to work mandatory overtime, when necessary
• Punctuality and reliability are essential – we’ve got flight schedules to meet!
• Ability to pass fingerprinting, a background check, and a drug screen

Qualifications

UGE requirements

• High school diploma, GED or preferred
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to operate a computer/tablet to enter and retrieve data
• Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications

ADA Specifications

• Ability to operate a computer to enter and retrieve data
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs on a consistent basis
