Description

Position Description:The Content Manager will serve as the primary point of contact when issues arise regarding the handling of complex issues with systems. This individual will provide support to the areas of training, content, quality assurance, CMS and the CCO with questions regarding complex issues relating to all lines of Medicare business to include General Medicare, Part A, Part B, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Regional Home Health, Part D Prescription Drug and Exchange policy.

Duties:

Write content, scripted responses, to be used to support the CCO Ensure all materials produced are section 508 compliant Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in project management or business required 5+ years demonstrated experience in a consultative healthcare environment Knowledge of CMS policies and procedures In-depth knowledge of the program environment including operations, administration, and functionality Knowledge of the NGD system, including operations, administration, and functionality Knowledge of the claims processing environment including operations, administration, functionality, and policy Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act and the policies surrounding the Federally Facilitated Exchanges Exceptional written and oral skills sufficient to communicate effectively with business stakeholders Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Self‐directed and detail oriented Experienced in technical writing Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with JIRA and Confluence a plus
