Full Job Description:
A Moment Away is looking for a reliable and organized Day Spa Coordinator to help oversee the daily operations of a busy facility. The perfect candidate is goal oriented, self driven and capable of handling multiple tasks throughout the shift. Must be approachable and have excellent communication skills, as well as be able to be a selfless leader to grow and encourage team unity and morale.

Essential job skills are experience working in a spa, managerial abilities, customer service, self-confidence, organization, problem solving, and computer literacy.

Responsibilities Include:

– Ensuring positive client interactions

– Financial accountability for the facility

-Liaison between the tech staff and spa reception

-Motivate sales

-Ensure cleanliness and function of the facility

-Perform all opening and closing procedures when necessary

-Telephone/customer service skills

-Managing/maximizing employee service schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
