Outreach Specialist *Telecommute*

Providence St. Joseph Health is calling an Outreach Specialist PSJH to work remotely within our footprint states: AK, CA, MT, OR, TX and/or WA.

The Outreach Specialist provides administrative support and document management for the activities and staff within Research. This position will communicate with and facilitate document and activity tracking throughout all ministries served by the Office of Research Administration and/or Research Network Hub.

Required qualifications:

Associate's Degree Or equivalent education/experience

2 additional years of related experience.

3 years Office administration and/or secretarial experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.

2 years SharePoint or Microsoft 365 experience; experience with other document databases and contract management platforms.

Pay Range: $18.83 - $29.33

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
