SalesSoftware Sales ExecutiveResponsibilities:Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)5+ Years of Sales Experience (Preferred)2+ Years of Professional Negotiation Skills (Preferred)Presentation SkillsProspecting SkillsDemonstrated History of Meeting Sales Goals

This is a position that requires regular travel.

Account ManagementAccount Manager / Project ManagerResponsibilities:Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained.Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account.Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty.Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)1+ Years of Project Management Experience (Required)3+ Years of Customer Relations Experience (Required)CUSTOMER ADVOCACYSoftware TrainerResponsibilities:Be the support guru to our customers and CRM sales team.
