This is a position that requires regular travel.Account ManagementAccount Manager / Project ManagerResponsibilities:Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained.Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account.Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty.Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)1+ Years of Project Management Experience (Required)3+ Years of Customer Relations Experience (Required)CUSTOMER ADVOCACYSoftware TrainerResponsibilities:Be the support guru to our customers and CRM sales team.
